Certified Public Accountants

JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT (1 FULL-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE)

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare journal entries
  • Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
  • Assist with year-end closings and adjustments
  • Prepare tax computations and returns
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process
  • Complete general ledger operations
  • Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
  • Administer accounts receivable (Statement of Accounts) and Accounts Payable (Disbursement Vouchers)
  • Prepare bank reconciliations

Qualifications and Key Competencies:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience; new board passers are likewise encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of taxation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Deadline-oriented
  • Has initiative
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Knowledge of financial principles and reporting
  • Knowledge in payroll is an advantage
  • Attentive to details
  • High degree of confidentiality and integrity
  • A team player
  • Willing to work at Bonifacio Global City

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANTS & BILLING OFFICERS (2 FULL-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE)

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Administer accounts receivable (Statement of Accounts) and Accounts Payable (Disbursement Vouchers)
  • Manage the status of accounts and balances to identify outstanding debts and inconsistencies.
  • Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills/statements of account.
  • Receive and sort incoming payments with attention to credibility.

  • Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information, etc.
